Is it possible to change the columns on the ticket viewer on JIRA service desk ? where can we manage that ?

There are add-ons like the one we released - Advanced Portal Reports, which will allow you to show any issue field to the portal customers, also sort the results, export to CSV, filter by dates, etc. Feel free to check it out.

@BRNOURRY, what is "the ticket viewer"? If you mean change the columns in the Portal - no. If you are talking about the queues w/in the application - yes. if something else please help me understand.

unfortunately not. There are suggestions open to address this but I haven't seen any movement on them.
