Cant add New admin / agents

Hello everybody,

I have an administrator account in Jira Service Desk

no matter how many times I try to add another admin or deleting another admin

nothing happens.

how can I solve it?

What are the symptoms of "nothing happens"? Could you walk us through exactly what you are doing and what JSD returns to you on each click?
