I am using Service Desk 3.14.1 and running with issues.
1. How can i access / view all issues created by team members on Customer portal
2. Only few members having the "jira-Agent" license and they can access
3. How non-agents provide access to view on portal
4. How non-agent license users are not listing in "Assignee" filed value.
5. How can i edit the default queries on customer portal ( so that can i add few columns)
Kindly assist me resolve these gaps
