Me and my team are unable to access our project, some generic database error keeps popping up and support hasn't replied in 3 days, our client portal also isn't working, please respond asap.
Even this writing this has been a nightmare because it keeps refreshing on its own and even when i submit it it just takes me back. I don't know whats going on. Speaking from Brazil in case that's relevant.

Have you jira admin raise an issue with Atlassian Support
Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself and we don't have access to your environment.

Yes i realize that, but support hasn't replied my admin, i'm hoping someone can assist me so we don't need to set up some other service.
Also when replying to this the page keeps refreshing every few seconds, i don't know if that's related.
