Cannot access service desk

I just turned on service desk cloud.  I am the site administrator.  I'm in the jira-servicedesk-users.  But, I can't find the service desk.  

 

xxx.atlassian.net is our account.

@Stan Brubaker, note i redacted your account details as this is a public site and TBH it isn't needed to troubleshoot here.

so is this a standalone JSD instance or are you adding it to say your current JSW instance? when you attempt the URL to your instance what do you get?
