Cannot Install JIRA Service Desk

Hi Support-Team,
 
I trieing to install the Service Desk application in the existing Jira Software but every time I became the following error:
"An unexpected error occurred. Refer to the logs for more information."
What should I do to install Service Desk?
Where I can upload the support zip for you? => Please find support zip under this url:
