Canned Responses are no longer visible in individual Jira tickets. Did something change? And is there anything I can update to have it reappear back in each ticket?
Hi @Luka Mgaloblishvili could you be more specific? I'm not aware that anything changed and I haven't changed anything in my instance. I still have "Canned Responses" available.

I just saw this, but when I click on it, I don't see any of the saved templates I already have. Instead, it prompts me to this screen:
Do I have to update any setting so that the existing, saved templates I already have appear in the canned responses?

It looks to me like if you had some there previously, they aren't there now. I'm going to loop Atlassian Support in to see if they can take a look. There was an issue a few weeks ago that was addressed: Existing-Canned-Responses-Disappeared

Confirming I had saved templates previously. When I go to the dedicated "Canned Responses Pro" page, I still see those saved templates. It looks like they just don't appear in the tickets themselves
