Can you change chronological sorting order in Jira Service Desk? (JSD)

This appears to be okay for 'Jira itself' to set ascending or descending, but for JSD I cannot find any setting that will allow me to change the chronological sorting order for entries/updates made into a ticket.  As it stands now, I would like the newest entries on top, so this will be "desc" as opposed to "asc" setting.   It would also be nice if the actual "All Open" ticket queue, could remain the same, rather than having to sort via "Time to resolution"  on new login.  Does anyone know if this can be made to work in JSD?  I could not find anywhere - specific it JSD.  Note the JSD application was installed a long time after the Jira install so maybe the "global" setting needs to be 'toggled' in order for it to roll out into JSD? Thanks!

@Danny Hooe, welcome to the community. you certainly can sort your list just as you can w/ Jira. they are both based on Jira Core.

Queues in JSD allow sorting ASC/DESC simply by clicking on the header. If you want to edit the default for a queue just edit it in Advanced mode and edit the filter and save it.

Thanks Jack.   Not yet had a chance to give this a try, but will certainly do so in the coming days.
