We are using a Service Desk Project for clients on our project to cooperate with support directly. my problem:
If the user was registered in Atlassian before registering with our account, then information about the organization is not tying to its information, and not assigning him to organization_name, org_id, and user_id.
Cards created by this user come to support without Organization, as it came from a standalone user.
When the user already has an account, can we get his user id from your system, to pull info from an existing account to ours?
