Hello,
I'm trying to add or link specific procedures (Word files) to a component when i'm creating a new ticket. When i add one or more components to the ticket i want it to link to a specific procedure selected for the respective component.
The steps i would like to take are as follows:
1. Create a ticket
2. Add component
3. When the component is added to the ticket, you should be able to click on the component (after the ticket is created) and a document with a procedure should open, either in my browser or by opening Word.
I'm trying to simplify the process of resolving an issue by eliminating the need to manually search for a procedure.
Can it be done?
Any help is greatly apreciated.
