Can a customer be shared across multiple JSD projects?

Hi,

Is it possible to create a customer once and then associate that customer with other specific or certain JSD projects?

And at a later stage, associate some customers to newly created JSD projects.

The idea is to save time by only creating that customer once, and associating them with projects when needed.

Kind Regards,

Juan

Hi @Juan du Toit

Customers in Service Desk are only created once. Thereafter you will only have to add customers as per https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver/managing-access-to-your-service-desk-939926273.html. You may also want to groups user per organizations as explained here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2016/09/group-customers-in-organizations.
