Can I have 2 service desks, with 3 agents for the $10 monthly cost?

Hi There,

We would prefer to have 2 separate queues (2 service desks with 2 different intake emails), with only the 3 agents.

Is that possible?

Concur w/ Alec. I would not create two instances. Each project you define can have it's own email channel, queues, etc.

There is no reason you can't have two separate JIRA instances w/ SD (for the different intake email domain) plus the agent minimum is 3 agents but the next limit is 15. 

If you don't have a whole lot of people, then I'd suggest using one JIRA instance and making multiple Service Desk projects and simply manually creating an "Organization" and entering each of the users you wish to add. However, you'll have to add any new users to the organization each time.
