I have found no option to either extract or create a report to extract details related to portal request types. It is very difficult to manage (and communicate) our existing portal request type details (ex. group, issue type, description, etc.) and have been using an excel file to keep track of what is "currently rolled out. I've done many searches and haven't found anything related to this available. I wanted to see if I've missed something.
NOTE: I understand reporting is possible on request types used for issues, this is more around admin/managing the environment.
Sadly it is missing from the gadgets and reports. You can create a filter and export to CSV where you can use excel or consider an addon e.g. EasyBI.
