We have created 2 organisations. Org1 organisation doesn't wish to receive notifications when issues are created. Org2 wants notifications.
I have disabled the project level notifications that sends out notifications when issues with that are shared with organisations. This should disable notifications for both organisations.
I want to be able to create a custom notification just for Org2. When I try and create an automation rule and under 'Send email' I don't see the 'Added Organisations' option.
Is there a way around it?
I believe Customer Involved includes organization members too. You can try that and see if that works for you
