I got a new requirement which is like a "Show-Stoper" in our current developement of JIRA service desk.
The requirement is, We need to add a customized feild which picks LOCATION of the reporter from the Active directory, and configured in Users in JIRA. Ours is Atlassian Cloud Server.
I found there is a plugin available for it. But my management dont want to buy it.
And I would like to have inputs from community, for making it simpler.
Any group creations as per the location, and pop-up when issue is getting created.
Need Inputs and thoughts ASAP!!!
