Bug: Incoming Mail Server with Microsoft Graph API (cannot be saved / causes UI corruption)

Hello,

I am experiencing a bug when configuring an Incoming Mail Server in Jira using the Microsoft Graph API service provider. Here are the details:

  - I have a properly configured App Link as per the official Jira documentation.

  - When I create an Incoming Mail Server and select the Service Provider "Microsoft Graph API", clicking the "Authorize" button opens the Microsoft login. Logging in returns to Jira and shows a success message.

  - However, the "Test Connection" button remains disabled, preventing me from testing and saving the mail server.

Investigating further, I found that selecting the "Custom" option for Service Provider exposes a "Protocol" dropdown, including POP, IMAP, and MS_GRAPH. Choosing MS_GRAPH here allows the "Test Connection" button to become enabled. The test succeeds, and I can save the mail server.

After saving, the mail server list displays incorrect field values:

  - The "Name" field shows a template string instead of the actual name.

  - The "Host" field shows a template string instead of the actual hostname.

Additionally, clicking "Edit" or "Delete" for any saved mail server results in an exception. The requests reference an invalid ID in the URL.

I am using Jira 11.3.1. I saw that 11.3.2 mentions some fixes related to MS_GRAPH and OAuth, but after testing the latest Docker version (11.3.2), the issue persists.

It seems to be a bug with the MS Graph integration in Jira. Has anyone experienced this, or can Atlassian confirm if this is being addressed?

If additional information, logs, screenshots, or further testing are required, please let me know. I will be happy to provide them.

Thank you for your help.
