If I create a second Service deck project, but the same 5 agents are using both projects to manage requests, do I have to pay for additional licenses to cover for 1 agent working in 2 projects?
Nope! Agents are licensed on a pe-user basis. The number of projects they work in doesn't change how much each license costs.
