Hi
I'm trying to create first automation rules, and unfortunately fail already at the first attempt. None of the rules will be executed.
As an example, I have created the following rule without further conditions. This example should just add another comment after writing a comment. (For sure the rules are enabled)
I have already tested several variants, for example according to the issue created event etc., but not a single rule is executed.
the logs of the rule show that is has never been executed:
I have no idea what i am missing here and would be grateful for any help.

Hi
I have configured the automation tasks to run by default under my personal user account. The task itself is set to run with default settings:
As i am able to comment on issues i would not think that the permissions are a problem.
Accordings to the permission helper result this seems to be correct:
I have not set any if condition, so i would suggest the task should be triggered by any comment.
Are there any logs i can investigate?
Thanks for your help
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
I'm not sure what the IF condition is...I used google translate and it just says "All Elements".
What are you looking specifically to do? What condition needs to be satisfied before the comment "Test" is added?

Thanks for your reply.
Basically, I would like to create some automation rules for mailing and automatic transitions. I just kept this example simple. It should be executed under any condition, so I have not given any if condition. The trigger should be "writing a comment to a issue".
