Automation Rule Options Calrifications

In Service Management Project, Under Automation rule Options we have 2 Options, What is the function of both options, if select

1. Run as project default

2. Run as the user who triggered the rule
3. Allow this rule to be triggered by other rules

Hi @RG 

Not sure on (1) - can you clarify where this is specifically within Rule Options? A screenshot could be beneficial here.

I've assumed (1) below:

  1. Runs the rule as the Project default user (?)
  2. Runs the rule as the user who triggered the event - i.e if you trigger the rule, the action runs from your user account also
  3. This is a separate option - it allows one rule to activate another. For example, Rule 1 creates an issue, and Rule 2 is triggered from that issue being created.

Hi @RG 

Interesting! That screenshot looks different to when I view rules.

I assume under the red text is a user's name? If yes, I envisage what I said above is correct - that it would run the rule's actions from that user's account.

It looks like there is a help box - "?" - though next to 2 of the options, is there one for "Project Default"? If yes, what does the text say?
