I would move ticket automatically between request types. For example, i would move an email type ticket to other request type.
Can you suggest some solutions for my problem?

By using Automation for Jira app (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215460/automation-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview) you will be able to move the request types automatically by using a rule.

Unfortunately, the Automation for Jira app does not work in this case, because the Jira does not allow this action.
Can you suggest some workwarounds for this?
