When an issue in JIRA Service Desk automatically changes its state from "Waiting for Customer" or "Waiting for Support", it appears as done by JIRA Administrator. But in fact, it's an automatic transition. This appears in Activity Stream and Email notification sent. How do we disable this kind of erroneous appearance as JIRA Administrator doing the transition?

Every automation rule is executed by some defined user. If you wish to change this edit the automation rule, click on the cog and change the “run rule as”.
