Somehow, a person on my team set it up so that every time a Customer Portal ticket is entered, a comment automatically populates on that ticket saying, "This needs your attention" and then tagging four of us on the team. We then get the email notifying us that we've been tagged in a Jira comment.
This person doesn't know how they set it up and I can't figure out how to turn it off.
Anyone want to help?

Have a look at the Service Desk Automation Rules (project settings -automation).
you have to love automation and users tagging folks w/in. :-)
