Hi!
In our service desk we have several different teams (agents) that handle several different customers. When an issue is reported by "Customer 1" only agents in "Team 1" should be noticed.
In automation I can't find an action to send mail / notice a specific group or specific agents.
Is it possible to have group of agents and send email to a specific group?
Anyone has a solution to this?

Try the Alert function rather than send email.
