Would it be possible to auto populate fields based on what is in the ticket summary or description? I have tickets/issues created from forwarded emails and would like other fields auto populated. Scenario below;
1. Issue created via email forwarded
2. Summary always contains a identifier such as LIS, for example "Survey for LIS"
3. When ticket/issue is created, Suburb field needs to be auto populated with Lismore
I believe you can do this via automation however there are about 700 different identifiers such as "LIS" that refer to different suburbs.
