Every time a new customer creates an account, it is stored in root (not an organization) and I would like to assign them to organizations, based on their email address (different domains)
Is there any way to do this automatically ???

While researching a similar topic earlier, I found that associating a domain name with an organization means that any new customers with that domain will be automatically added to that organization.
However, existing customers need to be added manually.
Additionally, within the JSM project under the "Organizations" section, requests appear as Opened and Closed, giving a quick overview of the associated tickets.
I'm not sure how much this will help you, but I still wanted to share it with you.
There is a built-in Automation look under library. It allows you to set the organization of newly created issues based on the email domain.
