Hello all,
since the update to JSM 5.11.0 we cannot change the author to a customer in the service tickets, only to agents.
Before the update tickets were created for customers, now it does not work.
Is this bug known, or is there a setting for it, which was changed by the update?

There should be a "Modify reporter" Permission in the permission scheme of the SM project.
