Attached Excel sheet as template in Jira request

Hi All,

Can I attach Excel sheet to be as template in Jira request so the customer download the Excel sheet then fill it then upload it back and open request ??

@Mohamed Saad Taha - not exactly, but here’s a possible path:

In your request form instructions text, include a link to your template file.

Add the Attachments field to the form, and make it mandatory. Instruct requestors to use the template in the instructions and to upload the template before submitting their request.
