Ref to above URL, If I want to give 'Atlassian account' privilege to my customer, is it possible below from customer view?
1. SLA timing
2. Release Version
3. Reporter Name
4. Sort Issue based on user/module
5. Can use the Mobile native app?

Hi there and welcome to Atlassian Community!
If you migrate a customer to Atlassian account they will still see the same things that they see now without in the customer portal, this will not change. The only difference is that they will be able to login directly on your instance "myinstance.atlassian.net" instead of the portal link, this will allow them to log in with Google, for example.
Related to the things you listed, this is only possible for internal users with a license.

Further to above, if I move the Portal only customer to a 'Jira SD agent' and can control the access like restrict internal comments, and so on.
The customer email will be in a different Domain. (one email id) and user post queries in the portal.
