If I use the Snipping Tool from Microsoft, I can't insert Screenshot in a Comment. If i use another Tool (e.g. Greenshot), it works!
In the Jira-Ticket it works although with the Snipping Tool!?

This issues with the Windows Snipping Tool (Ctrl+V pasting) in the Jira Service Management (JSM) Customer Portal are often caused by browser interference, browser extension conflicts, or specific limitations in how the portal handles image uploads.
I believe that everything will work on the Cloud version.
