We just started using Jira Service Desk Cloud and I'm having some serious issues with Approvals as none of the guides actually show how to set it up from scratch, managed to put in approver (for tests just myself as a global admin) but I don't get buttons to approved or reject. Is there a guide on how to set it up from scratch?
We have multiple customers so approver should be selected by agents on the transition to a "waiting for approval" since there are multiple customers it can have multiple approves or just one.
Once approved I need to transition further.
At the moment I can see that approver has been selected (me) but I get no options to approve or reject. A guide from scratch would be most appreciated not using default workflows etc.

Unfortunately, that doesn't really help as it the vaguest documentation I have ever seen.
Anyone has any real guides that have all components (screens, fields, permissions, etc listed)
Before posting this I have gone over all of this material and multiple youtube videos, but none of them has an in-depth guide of all the prerequisites.
