Dear all,
I need some help, I have a workflow with an approval step, but this approval step is assigned to the service desk team an I can not assign it to the customer approver as only servcie desk worker are available to be assigned.
Steps: open Ticket --> ad effort estimation --> customer approval of effort
The field approver is set right to the right person of the customer, but he is not geting the appoval task, do you have a hint where I should look?

Hi Andreas, you should certainly be able to assign a Customer as the approver. However, note that the customer approver approves via the portal not the application directly. What should be happening is that the approver receives an email notification w/ an approval link which resolves in the portal. Assuming that you have followed these instructions also check that you have the approval notification enabled (project settings > customer notifications > approvals).
