All issue function is not working on portal

HI,

I want to show all the issues raised by all user on the portal to all other users.

In our project 30 request are raised by the users but in all request function not showing any request to the portal user.

please find same in the attachment.

Hi Akshay, 

 

The customer portal will only show issues assigned to the individual user, or those that have been shared with the user. 

 

If you want for users to see all tickets, you may want to set up organizations in Jira Service Desk. By doing so, all tickets by default will be shared by other users in the organization, only if the user chooses to keep the newly created ticket private will it not be shared.

HI @Keri I've created one "organisation" and also added some members into it.

 

Now I Want to know how can I share issue with the organisation.
