Alert not created even though Integration has logs with alertAction: Create

Hi, we have created integration in Jira Service Management for GrafanaV2. 

When an alert happens in Grafana, it is forwarded to Jira, we can see it in the Intergation logs, but no alert is created. 

We don't have any custom rules or filtering set up.
