Hi,

I have a question regarding JIRA Service Desk; is it possible to administer email settings for a specific user to not receive any emails? If so, do I need JIRA Administrator access to do it (I guess so, I have tried with my non-Administrator user without success)?

Background: I have users and now also other JIRA systems emailing support emails to our JIRA SDK and I don't want our SDK to respond to the other JIRA system at all - I'm afraid they will trigger each other and emailing back and forth response emails...

Best Regards

Svante

Hello @Svante Jonsson Roos

You need admin permission to do this.

You need to check/edit your notification scheme.

Check if those users belong to some groups or have roles that are included in notification scheme.
