Adding people to the Service Desk

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

While adding people as Agents to the service desk they get added as an customer and there is no option to delete that relation unless we delete the people profile from the Jira and add them again . Please see the screenshot attached.

Are you sure that they are added as Customer during the process of adding them as an agent? How are you adding them as an agent? Regarding removing them as a customer try going to Project settings > People and remove them from the customer role.

Hi @Deb To remove the customers from your project, you can navigate to Project Settings > People. You will find the customers listed in the Service Desk Customer role. There's an Remove button to remove them.
