Adding forms to an approval email

Is there anyway of adding a proforma form / custom fields into an approval email? or adding the details of the form into an approval email?

You can add in certain variables, but you cannot add in just any custom field that you want.

I took a screenshot of the fields/variables I can add.

I'm aware of being able to add in those variables but we would like to add the form to the approval email so the approver can see all the details without having to view the ticket....
