I have 3 Projects in JIRA service desk. When I add a customer to one project, it is added automatically to all the projects. Can someone please help me? It is urgent.
It should not automatically add customer to all orgs. How are you adding customers and does adding a customer ask if they should be added to an org? You need to ensure customers are only in their respective org.

Thanks for your reply. I am following the below step. I already add the name of the organization as Transit. Below is my one project. I add my name in as the customer.
Now In the below project, I see my email ID in the below new project.
Due to the above issue, I observed that in my customer portal both projects people are able to see each other tickets.

Well, check the project settings regarding to customers. The second screenshot clearly states: Everyone with an account on this Jira instance is a customer. There you are!
