Adding approvals to workflow

Hello.

I am trying to create a workflow that requires approvals from a selected user.

I found this tutorial https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/setting-up-approvals-816880004.html .

My problem is i can't seem to find the add approval check box when i select the state that needs approval.

I have created 2 transitions from the state but no add approval check box shows up.

Hello Iddi,

The feature described in the tutorial is related only to the Service Desk application.

That being said, you must first add your workflow to a Service Desk project in order to add the Approval flag option to your workflow statuses.

Can you please let me know if it works for you?
