Adding Customer will increase the user count ?

I have added a Customer. Will it increase the License user count by one?

Hello Madhu,

The answer is no. Customers are not counted as paying users on JIRA Service Desk.

You can add as many customers you want and you will not have any extra billing for it.

P.S: Just make sure you are adding them as Customers only who can only access the Customer portal and nothing else.
