When a reporter replies to an Jira Service Desk email notification, the entire email and original notification is added as a comment.
Is it possible to strip out the new comment only so that the notification and everything else under the quoted email is ignored (and not duplicated).
There seems to be the ability to handle this in Jira Software, but not Service Desk? Am I correct or missing something?
Note the email requests are pulled from a company exchange mailbox.
