Add columns in customer portal

Hello, 
I would like to add a columns with a fields like "time to resolution" or "priority" to the issue overview-page in the customer portal, so my customers get a better overview what is going on:
https://xxxx.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/requests

Any ideas how to accomplish that?

Hi Dimitri,

 

Right know you cannot do that. There are some add-ons that let you are more fields or modify the customer portal.

Customer Reports for Jira lets you do all that and its free:

Thank you for the advice. Unfortunately this ist not an option for me, due to different privacy policies and the european GDPR.

This is not currently possible. There are a few request for this to be added. Here is one - JSDCLOUD-4384. You may wish to search for others and vote/watch them.
