Hi, I feel I am going to ask a stupid question but here is what I'm struggling with right now.
I am trying to activate the toolbar on the description field, the toolbar that we have here when we create a request right now, or when you create the request on the agent point of view.
But on the request form that is seen from a customer point of view, right now it looks like this:
I have tried classic projects, next-gen projects, but could not find the way to change this and did not find the answer on documentation or community, likely because I don't use the right terminology. Would someone be able to point me in the right direction here?

At this point the rich text from customer portal view is not in place.

Thank you so much for confirming this. It is a very surprising piece of news to see that the feature request is now 3 years old and has not yet been implemented. It seems the first requirement I have for moving to a support ticket system: getting at least similar layout and functionalities than when using emails.
I have voted for this feature, but must admit it does not give a first great impression and it might be it's not the tool we are looking for.
