AI for service webinar challenge extended! Next up: How IT Ops teams resolve issues faster with Rovo

Following the success of our AI-powered service management webinar series, we are starting the year off strong by extending the series to include 3 new webinars! The first one is coming up on January 21, and you can register to join us live or on-demand here.

I liked to see the new classification on alerts - so AI will have more information to filter the noise as learning goes.
