According to our contract we have Jira Service Desk (Cloud) Premium which should afford us support but we are unable to connect. Can anyone let us know how to do this?

@Alexander Bondarev : thanks, we have tried that multiple times but we believe that they have our account set up incorrectly and we cannot access the support flow.

Try to raise request with : “My account -> Update account contact details” and set your “Atlassian URL”.
Support can check you status and support level.
And of course help you or recommend correct way.
