We are currently using the annual billing for all of our Jira/Confluence licenses and add-ons.   Is this bill available for Jira Product Discovery licenses?

If not, the documentation states:  Creators are charged USD $10 per month, with volume discounts - the more Creators you have, the less you pay per Creator.

What is the breakdown of the volume discounts?
