What do you check before sharing a Jira Product Discovery view?

I'm putting together a small checklist for testing Jira Product Discovery views before sharing them with a wider team. The checks I usually think about are: 1. Is the view filtered to the right set of ideas? 2. Are fields like priority, status, owner, and target date understandable without extra context? 3. Can the intended audience see the view without seeing work they should not access? 4. Does the view still make sense if a few ideas are missing estimates or labels? 5. Is there a short note somewhere explaining how the view should be used? Curious how others handle this. Do you keep a lightweight review checklist before sharing JPD views, or do you mostly rely on permissions and team conventions?

@Julien Morel  on the top of each view next to the name you can add what the view is about - it will also pop out and you can add more info for each view.

We're working on created some standard views across teams so that we can use them as a template for new teams moving forward
