Hi @Jack Arndt you can't do that today unfortunately.
there are a lot of different needs when it comes to filtering, we're currently working on the support for JQL (Jira Query Language) which is a bit of a handful to learn but would cover many scenarios including this one.
There might be a way to do this using Project Automation (Project settings > Automation) but I haven't tried
