The button "Create an idea" is confusing some people as in not every team, department, or personal mind the word "idea" is used. Some (still) use/prefer "request", "demand", "chance", etc.
So how about re-labeling the button to just "Create"?
And, by doing this, you may update any other label or description, where a specific reference to the word "idea" is not needed. E.g. in the search field you may use "Search below" or "Search backlog" instead of "Find an idea in this view".
