Notifications and Watchers

The Project Notifications settings in this product specify watchers will get notifications, but our team cannot find an option to assign watchers.  We made a custom field to make a list of users to tag manually in a comment instead, which isn't working well.

Is there actually a way to add watchers?  Or is the only way to automate an alert to a group of people interested in updates on an idea to add automation rules and send an email with separate rules?

Hi @sharon.prajzner , it's one of the shortcuts we took to get to beta - we need to add the ability to add watchers, etc. but haven't done so yet. We definitely will though!
