But the question "What is the best use for it?" still stands!
Unfortunately I cannot integrate my JPD GPT with a Prod JPD Project and test how good it will work against actual tickets but I am curious about your use cases.
What would you do if you had the option to:
1. Define which JPD fields your GPT should use when you are asking it questions.
2. Trust it with the answers, meaning you mostly trust the GPT completion. I know that's a tough one...
3. Data from which other tools/systems would you like to use, besides your JPD data?
